Our training areas of expertise include: ILS reporting and other constitutional procedures, freedom of association and collective bargaining, forced labour and trafficking, child labour, equality in employment and occupation, indigenous and tribal peoples, maritime labour standards, ILS for judges, lawyers and legal educators, ILS for journalists and media professionals, ILS and socially responsible enterprises. Maritime labour inspection training package
This training package provides practical guidance on inspection of the requirements under the ILO Maritime Labour Convention, 2006. It has been designed to support a training course for maritime labour inspectors under the Convention. It comprises a methodological guide and 9 modules. Each module includes learning objectives, presentations, notes for facilitators and learning activities, suggested times and breaks, themes for group discussions, individual and group assignments, questions and final assessment. International labour law and domestic law: a training manual for judges, lawyers and legal educators
This manual is aimed at judges, lawyers working in the field of labour law, legal practitioners acting for employers’ and workers’ organizations and labour law professors and trainers. It is a reference tool that guides labour law professionals who wish to explore opportunities for using international labour law in domestic law, and is a training tool that allows professors to focus their training on the use of international labour law in domestic law.
